About Wynn

Wynn Burkett chose to be a career and executive coach after she’d worked for several years in finance, politics, and as the founder of a mother’s networking organization. She knows how challenging career transitions can be and is driven to help others clarify what they want and develop professionally satisfying lives.

Her breadth and depth of experience make her highly qualified to be a coach. She has spent more than 20 years coaching individuals, corporations, and nonprofits. Her business background has given her a practical, get-it-done approach. And as a mother of three she brings to the job the empathy and understanding of one who has been there.

To help clients identify their strengths, imagine possibilities, and put together a game plan for achieving their dreams, Wynn draws on a broad range of assessment tools and coaching practices. She is certified through the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, where she also completed a year-long leadership program. She is also qualified to administer the Myers Brigg Type Indicator and Leadership Circle 360 assessments. Wynn is a graduate of Stanford University and the Yale School of Management.
