How to Tame Your Teen by Taming Yourself First:  A Mindfulness Based Approach to Parenting

The 6-session program teaches mindfulness-based skills in a supportive group setting that will help you understand how your own thoughts and emotions are affecting your behavior toward your teen.  You will learn information and skills to help you become calmer and more effective in your interactions with your teen, and in turn, your teen may become more regulated and less reactive toward you.   Led by Wynn Burkett, PCC and Annie Arora, MFT.
